This includes frequent communication of service status updates for each customer, as well as research, fact-finding, resolution, and follow-up of customer questions, concerns, and suggestions about the service experience. This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and staff as a team.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of clerical support experience required.
  • GED or High School diploma preferred.
  • Must be proficient with computers. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be able to work the hours of 7 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday.
  • Must be a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person with good phone and people skills.
  • Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
  • Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate well with customers on technical and maintenance issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Technical knowledge of heavy equipment components and familiarity with the operation of most Caterpillar machines required.
  • Experience with DBS is helpful.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
