MUST BE ABLE TO START RIGHT AWAY - ENTRY LEVEL ROLE


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet new retail customers
  • Follow up with existing customers to improve retention
  • Assist new customers with enrollment
  • Educate customers on new program options to improve their services
  • Conduct formal presentations to prospective customers
  • Management of territory
This is NOT a call center position and involves face-to-face interactions with retail customers


What we provide: Qualified candidates will receive fully comprehensive training in the areas of customer service, marketing, and sales.
Client Service / Sales Representatives will also receive detailed career planning and continual coaching and mentorship to help with their personal and professional development. Benefits will be available after an initial probationary period.
