This is a full-time (40 hours per week) onsite Dental Receptionist position which offers great benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
  • Handle co-pays
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
  • Check patients in and out
  • Provide patient education materials
  • Resolve tasks from medical providers
  • Manage patient waitlist
  • Ensure efficient patient flow
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Problem-solve and de-escalate issues
  • Communicate with medical teams

Requirements:

  1. Education:
    • High School diploma or GED required
    • 2-4 years of college or equivalent work experience preferred
  2. Experience:
    • 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
    • Demonstrated customer service skills
    • Accurate data entry skills
  3. Certifications/Skills:
    • Dental Office experience preferred
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish required (or other languages as needed)

Reporting: The position reports directly to the Director of Dental Services.
