What You'll Be Doing: 

The Strategic Partnerships Program Manager will spearhead the development, expansion, and management of key strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and innovative solutions through a combination of training delivery, upskilling, apprenticeship, grants, and workforce expansion efforts. This role requires a sales-driven individual with exceptional relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets through partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales-Driven Partnership Development:

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities that align with the company’s sales goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess their potential to drive sales growth.
  • Prospect and outreach to potential new clients, partnerships and providers.

Revenue Generation:

  • Work closely with industry organizations and groups to leverage partnerships for lead generation and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new partnerships.
  • Discover, Collaborate and Position ACI Learning solutions to generate revenue and new forms of revenue resources.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of objectives.

Program Management:

  • Develop and manage partnership programs with a focus on sales outcomes, including setting targets, defining deliverables, and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure all partnership agreements are aligned with sales goals and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and sales impact for senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other relevant teams to leverage partnerships for maximum sales impact.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of the overall strategic partnership strategy with a strong focus on sales growth.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry to inform partnership strategy.

Must Haves: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience that demonstrates a proven track record in business development, partnership management, or a related field
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Highly organized, with excellent project management skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Highly organized and able to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships with a focus on sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Familiarity with technology trends and competitive landscape
  • Strong understanding of workforce development, talent acquisition, and employer engagement
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment

Nice To Have:

  • 5+ years experience in sales
  • 2+ years experience in career development or training services
