Client Service and Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our clients customers by educating them on the benefits of our services and sales promos in person
  • Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying the opportunity to expand
  • Expertly managing the needs of external customers and answering questions to complete a full sales cycles
  • Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Driving sales through promotional campaigns
  • Acquire extensive industry sales skills by attending client conferences to connect customers to the latest products and services
  • Upsell services and transition warm leads into actual sales
 

Client Service and Sales Associate Representative: 

  • Experience in Sales. Customer Service, Entry-Level Management, Client Service or relevant fields 
  • Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.
  • Adaptable, open to new ideas, and ready to take on new duties
  • A consistent overachiever with a drive for perfection 
  • Able to work full-time hours and weekends
  • Desire to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year for further training
