Your Role

Join Encore Fleet Services, where precision meets quality. As a skilled Handyman II or III, your primary focus will be on the interior of our luxury coaches, ensuring they are tour-ready. You will be at the heart of our operations, performing essential repairs, refurbishments, and participating in the construction of brand new coaches to maintain the highest standards our clients expect.

As our Handyman, you will be involved in the building, refurbishing, and repairing of the interiors of coaches. Your work will directly impact the comfort and functionality of our fleet.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve project goals for interior coach repairs, refurbishments, and new coach construction.
  • Perform general repairs and refurbishments to the interior of coaches to ensure they are tour-ready.
  • Participate in the construction of brand new coaches, focusing on high-quality interior finishes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify and address potential issues within the coach interiors.
  • Install and upgrade audio-visual equipment, HVAC systems, and other amenities.
  • Ensure all interior work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Provide feedback to improve maintenance processes and product performance.
  • Work in coordination with other technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
  • NO LUXURY COACH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ✅
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience with carpentry.
  • Experience with low-voltage wiring installations.
  • Experience with plumbing PVC installation.
  • Willingness to travel and be on-call for road calls as needed.
Preferred Requirements (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Dometic roof AC units, small engine repairs for generators and inverters is a plus.
  • Luxury Coach or RV repair experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret product specifications, documentation, schematics, and installation instructions.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools, fasteners, and methods for building and installing wood and panel products.
