We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in compliance monitoring, biological surveys, and habitat assessments in California.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct field studies and data collection for environmental projects
- Assist in the development of environmental reports and restoration plans
- Monitor project construction for compliance with environmental regulations
- Collaborate with government agencies and clients to ensure natural resource protection
- Provide biological training and education to project team members
- Assist in the preparation of permit applications and compliance packages
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology or related field
- 1-5 years of wildlife fieldwork experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and GIS tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License
