Echols Glass & Mirror is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service for the showroom business office in Buford. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a solid, established business, which provides growth and career path opportunities.
Job Description
We are looking to hire a motivated, self-starter for this Administrative Assistant / Customer Service position. The person in this role will be responsible for answering the phones and general clerical work in a supportive role for our front office. In this role it is critical that you have a keen eye for detail, strong data entry skills and a proven ability to provide professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer the phones, screen and route calls to appropriate person
- Offer clerical and office support
- Respond to messages and emails as needed
- Provide support to the accounting and sales departments
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide customer support for our sales team
- Ensure accuracy in all customer information and follow up for completion
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- 2+ years experience in a similar or related industry
- High level of concentration and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to verbally engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Basic Microsoft knowledge
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize daily tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Close proximity to our Buford, GA location a must (Bristol Industrial Way)
- Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
