Operations Administrative Assistant – Your Job Duties
In this role, you will support company operations in project scheduling, dispatching and other team operations to support construction field leaders.
- Primary responsibility for scheduling and maintaining dispatch schedule of construction field crews including maintaining scheduling board which shows every crew member, updating the board with team member changes and for resource allocations
- Administer candidate applications, hands on testing and observe hands-on skills assessments for electrician candidates
- Support hiring team with preparing offer letters, candidate communications and initiating background screening and drug test process for new hires
- Support the construction operations team with activities
Operations Administrative Assistant – You Have (Required Skills & Prior Experience)
- You enjoy working with a team and supporting operations
- You are very organized and can problem solve scheduling conflicts
Operations Administrative Assistant – You Might Have (Desired, Not Required)
- You have prior experience working in a construction company office
- You have prior experience with dispatching or project scheduling / crew scheduling
- You are bilingual Spanish
This role is located in office at our office in Houston, Texas.
Compensation $22 - $25 per hour DOE. You will receive medical, dental and vision insurance options, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with very generous annual company contribution. In addition, our office provides you access to on-site health care for urgent care items and prescriptions for you and your family.
This role requires successful completion of a drug test prior to start date.
This role is located in office at our office in Houston, Texas.
