Tellworks, a growing 3PL provider, is launching a new facility and seeks a motivated individual to join our team at the USA Parkway warehouse.


Job Summary:

Administrative Assistant (AA) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the AA include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities include preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

Additional responsibilities will include basic accounting for the management, reporting of financial data of the local organization. Bookkeeping of consumables in accounting program (QuickBooks)

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. Order and process PO’s for Operational consumables.

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

  • Completing analysis of the operational expenditures

  • Managing expenditure accounts

  • Generating the reports using income and expenditure data

  • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

  • Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
