Admissions Operations Liaison

As an Admissions Operations Liaison, you will support Access Center operation efforts in a variety of initiatives for Pinnacle Treatment Centers. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, clerical report creation and auditing, assisting in the administrative operation of the Access Center, and facilitating timely response to Access Center inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Applications and EMR/EHR systems.
  • Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier.
  • Localized travel up to 10% may be required

Preferred

  • Previous experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administrative and clerical functions, including special project support, report analysis, and report clearance, etc.
  • Conduct report audits for report integrity, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Receive and process inbound inquiries from phone, email, and chat.
  • Assess potential patients’ treatment needs, locating facility and level of care that coincide with patient’s clinical and medical needs.
  • Document patient assessment accurately and promptly into system of record, ensuring all pertinent information is inputted in quick and efficient manner.
  • Understand patient’s insurance eligibility and benefits.
  • Determine patient’s insurance eligibility and benefits, assessing viable options for treatment within Pinnacle Treatment Centers.
  • Communicate all relevant information to supervisory staff regarding clients and the facility.
  • Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.
  • Comply with all policies and applicable procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
