Job Description:
Partner Alliances Manager
As a foundational member of our Partner Alliances team, you'll be instrumental in nurturing and accelerating the growth of our strategic partner ecosystem. Your role involves advancing the Partner Alliances Program through leading and refining Program requirements, conducting and managing data analysis, and devising implementation strategies. Leveraging Enlyft's technology, you’ll empower partners to achieve their business goals. Through ongoing engagement, you'll provide insights, foster adoption, and identify opportunities for mutual success. You'll act as both a trusted advisor and a passionate advocate, dedicating yourself to our partners’ success and satisfaction.
Location
Quarterly meetings at HQ and occasional travel to client sites (approximately 10-20%).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for Partner Alliances Customers, maintaining consistent communication channels, nurturing robust relationships, and adeptly addressing individual customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Alliances Customer(s) and their Partner ecosystem, to formulate and implement joint business plans, delineating clear objectives, strategies, and tactical approaches for mutual success.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions and comprehensive demonstrations for both Partner Alliances Customer(s) and their Partner ecosystem, leveraging your expertise as a subject matter expert (SME). Transition Partners seamlessly into Customer Success ensuring continuous enablement and program triumph.
- Monitor the performance of Partner Alliances Customer(s) and their Partner ecosystem against key metrics and KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities and collaborating with Customer Success for improvement.
- Lead regular business reviews with Partner Alliances Customer(s) to evaluate progress, tackle challenges, and pinpoint avenues for expansion.
- Spearhead the refinement and advancement of requirements, documentation, data analysis, and implementation strategies for the Partner Alliances Program, ensuring alignment with Enlyft goals as well as Partner Alliances Customer(s) and their Partner ecosystem requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to bolster Partner Alliances Customer(s) and their Partner ecosystem initiatives, involving Enlyft sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Help obtain customer proof points, testimonials and case studies that can be leveraged in PR, collateral, presentations, and sales tools.
- Develop and deliver periodic reports and updates to senior management, highlighting Partner Alliances Customer(s) and their Partner ecosystem activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management, Partner Account Manager, or Partner Alliances roles within B2B SaaS tech companies, specifically engaging with Fortune 500 clients, with a track record of at least three years in a single position.
- Proficiency in leveraging complex data to drive clients' strategic goals, KPIs, and objectives, including experience with Machine Learning, AI, modeling, and other advanced use cases.
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, as well as day-to-day users.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing strategic and intricate customer engagements, utilizing analytical insights and strategic thinking to achieve successful outcomes.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying opportunities, and developing effective solutions.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, advanced degree a plus.
- Possess a passion for GenAI technologies, account-based marketing, and sales intelligence, particularly in Channel Partner environments.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, with approximately 10-20% travel expected.
