Overview

Now Hiring: Regional Property Manager

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm including some weekends

Location: Metro Atlanta, GA

Summary:

Strive360 is seeking a key leader to oversee the efficient operation, financial performance, and overall success of our properties within the Metro Atlanta region. This role involves managing a team of property managers, ensuring that all properties meet high standards of quality, and collaborating with various departments to support our commitment to providing quality housing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of property management, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee the performance of a portfolio of properties within your designated region consisting of 7-10 properties.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, occupancy rates, and resident satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property managers and support staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the success of property management teams.
  • Develop and manage property budgets to optimize financial performance.
  • Review financial reports, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that all properties within the region comply with applicable housing regulations, which could include including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC)
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to ensure all properties meet compliance standards.
  • Oversee property maintenance and capital improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe for residents.
  • Monitor leasing efforts and occupancy rates.
  • Address resident concerns and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure services are cost-effective and meet quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in property management, with a track record of success in overseeing multiple properties.
  • Knowledge of affordable housing regulations, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HUD requirements preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
