VPL is looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our fast-growing team   

 

At VPL our Customer Care Managers have a passion to provide best in class customer care on various freight management and specialty pharmacy topics. Our most successful Customer Care Managers have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and they comfortable with SaaS solutions and technology   

  

What You’ll Do  

  • The ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users  
  • Solid technical skills and aptitude with a background in technical sales engineering, implementation, or technical support  
  • Problem-solving mindset and a drive to apply your skills in troubleshooting to find solutions  
  • Experience in working with customers and collaborating with them to ensure customer success  
  • An understanding and appreciation of the data integration space  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once  
  • Great written and verbal communications skills  
  • Previous experience with implementing software, preferably B2B SaaS solutions and cloud technology or experience in technical consulting (preferably ERP systems)  
  • Knowledge of the ERP space or exposure to business processes and HCM or Financials  
  • Experience in the ERP or consulting industry is desirable  

 

What You’ll Bring
