Director of Sales/CRO

Lastly, you will cover certain large accounts that are multi-territory in nature such as the government of New York, New Jersey, and the Federal government as well as your own long-standing client accounts.
As the Director of Sales/CRO you will:
- Develop go-to-market and sales strategy
- Manage, motivate, and train sales team
- Integrate marketing and sales strategy
- Develop a plan for our bid and spec business
- Bring in new business and cover long-standing customers you bring to Fehlinger
In order to be successful in the role you must possess:
- 10 years of direct experience in sales of engineered products and industrial products
- Must have a meaningful book of business you can bring to Fehlinger
- A college degree with an Engineering degree is highly preferred
- Must have managed people in sales previously
- Team player
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Interpersonal and client relation skills
- A problem-solving “can do” attitude
- The ability to travel to Fairfield, NJ
John N. Fehlinger Co., Inc. (“Fehlinger”) was founded in 1951 and is a leading technical sales manufacturers’ representative, distributor, and after-market service provider for valves, steam specialties, heat transfer and process control applications. Fehlinger primarily works with customers in large facilities such as universities, hospitals, prisons, and commercial buildings in the tri-state area. Additionally, we have a significant business selling to mechanical contractors and plumbers.
