We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Quick Lube/Shuttle Driver to join our shop's crew. Your primary responsibilities will include providing top-notch quick lube services, ensuring safe and timely shuttle transportation for our valued customers, and maintaining a clean and organized shop environment. If you possess the necessary skills and a strong commitment to teamwork, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities
  • Oil Changes and Routine Maintenance: Perform quick lube services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks efficiently and accurately.
  • Customer Shuttle Service: Provide safe and timely transportation for customers to and from the dealership, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after service to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, explain services provided, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services performed and ensure all paperwork is completed promptly.
  • Shop Maintenance: Assist with keeping the work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned by the service manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or automotive environment preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality service.
