We are currently seeking resumes for a Sales Support Specialist. The ideal candidate must be self motivated and driven individual to support our various sales representative working on the West Coast 8:30am - 5:30pm PST Monday-Friday 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Be a PJ Ambassador by supporting the Inside and Outside Sales team with GROWING sales
  • Support sales team with existing Phillip Jeffries clients with revenue and lead management, and proactive sales development activities.
  • Handle the processing of sales orders; issue proforma invoices, accept and enter purchase orders, and processing payments
  • Follow-up on all open orders/proforma invoices.
  • Provide sales team with order and tracking information
  • Document and updating all necessary account, order, and communication details as needed in the correct systems
  • Assist the sales team with exceeding weekly/monthly/ quarterly sales activity goals
  • Act as a liaison between Phillip Jeffries’ clients and our Claims department on claims resolution.

Must have:

  • A Minimum of 2 years’ experience within customer service, sales, sales support, or a similar field
  • Experience supporting trade field sales preferred
  • Experience with helpdesk tools preferred
  • Must be passionate, driven, and humble individual
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Analytical skills
  • Customer-centric mentality
  • Proficient in MS Office
