As a Project Coordinator at CleanMark Labels you'll be a key player in bringing our projects to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical aspects of project management and is eager to contribute to sales efforts through discovery, solution design, quoting, and onboarding. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from initial concept to final delivery, all while making a real impact on our success.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Charge: Coordinate and manage project activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Get Creative: Engage in sales-related tasks, including discovery, solution design, quoting, and onboarding. Your ideas will help shape our success.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to ensure everyone is aligned and our clients are thrilled with the results.
  • Stay Agile: Utilize project management tools and systems to track progress and adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Expand Your Expertise: Take the opportunity to cross-train in various operational areas beyond your primary focus—such as purchasing, quality, art, engineering, customer service, sales, and project management. This will broaden your skill set, giving you a holistic understanding of our processes and enabling you to flex into these areas when needed. By doing so, you'll help ensure that customer needs and success are always put at the forefront, supporting the team in staying ahead of challenges and driving our collective success.

What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications):

  • CAPM or similar entry-level Project Management certification.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and estimating processes.
  • Familiarity with labeling solutions or manufacturing processes.
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
