Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Send us your resume today to become part of the teamCompensation:

$44,000 (base + bonus)

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
  • Improve skill sets through employee development programs
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
  • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Assist with inputting listings in the MLS
  • Manage all paperwork in the office
  • Purchase office supplies as needed
  • Assist in planning office events (happy hours/team outings)
  • Manage front desk Receptionist duties such as faxing, sorting mail, and greeting clients in a professional manner
  • Prepare the office area by making it tidy for visitors and make sure all office supplies are stocked


Qualifications:
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not necessary

  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
