Duties include managing graphic design tasks, refining projects, and generating creative ideas. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of graphic design, techniques, and implementing marketing campaigns. They are an effective communicator and team player, capable of incorporating feedback to enhance the final creative pieces. Collaborating with the marketing and communications team, they will concept, design, and produce digital and print materials, adhering to Europa Village guidelines and standards.

Marketing Graphic Designer Reports To:


  • Director of Marketing and Public Relations

Marketing Coordinator:

  • Support the Marketing Department in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with various departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Aid in the implementation marketing strategies on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Assist in the monitoring of the Europa Village website, review sites, and other online platforms, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee the distribution and inventory of print materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, and wine club/Europa Table applications.
  • Ensure all promotional signage throughout the resort is current, visually appealing, and aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and printers to develop and order new marketing materials as needed.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee all internal marketing request as well as outside inquires.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Attend and cover select events, including capturing photos and videos for social media.
  • Provide support for various marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Stay current on the latest hospitality trends and best practices.
