What Should You Know?

What Responsibilities Will You Have?

  • Coach our established clients on building/establishing their business credit.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with our current clients and internal team members.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultations relating to business credit to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact.
  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clientele while consulting our clientele on the growth of their business.

Job Requirements

  • MUST have a high level of customer service skills
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Professional Banking and/or Financial Experience 
  • Ability to walk clients through a detailed process
  • Has Personal Credit or Business Credit knowledge
  • Ability to read and write in Spanish and English
  • Ability to call and speak with clients for several hours a day
  • Willingness to learn and comply with established programs, policies, and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel
  • Willing to be trained on our internal CRM
  • Career minded individual with a strive for success
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Associate degree or High School Diploma

 

Compensation and Benefits (benefits available after 60 days):

  • Starting at $18(+) an hour based on experience
  • Work hours are 8am 5pm/ M-F
  • Vacation and PTO
