Responsibilities and qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to:
- E-File-
- New Cases
- Special Cases
- Orders to Pay
- Motions
- Show causes
- Orders
- Garnishments
- Hearing In Aids
- Journal Entries
- Prepare petition & summons
- Enter sheriff and return receipt charges in our software for legal pleadings
- Print return of service packets for all pleadings
- Process File Stamped Releases
- Notifications as they come in
- Fixing errors as needed
- Answer and transfer incoming calls
Qualifications required:
- Experience in E-filing
- Some Computer experience including Microsoft Excel and Word
- A valid driver's license
