We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Manager of Merger & Acquisitions to lead our M&A initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities that align with Amivision's growth objectives. You will play a critical role in driving strategic transactions from inception to integration, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential acquisition targets through market research and networking.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to assess the strategic fit and value of potential acquisitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, operations, and senior leadership, to ensure successful deal execution and integration.
- Prepare and present comprehensive investment proposals and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for strategic growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external advisors, investment banks, and industry experts to facilitate deal sourcing and execution.
- Oversee post-acquisition integration activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maximize value creation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate development, or a similar role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
