Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential acquisition targets through market research and networking.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to assess the strategic fit and value of potential acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, operations, and senior leadership, to ensure successful deal execution and integration.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive investment proposals and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for strategic growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external advisors, investment banks, and industry experts to facilitate deal sourcing and execution.
  • Oversee post-acquisition integration activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maximize value creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate development, or a similar role.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
