Our Operations team is the backbone of Bump Health. We are a team of innovative critical thinkers on a mission to get Mom and her Family the products and services they need. Role responsibilities vary greatly based on specialty, but each team member is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through careful planning, precise execution, and consistent quality assurance.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: picking and packing orders, inventory management, warehouse organization, labeling orders, etc.
Tasks:
- Pick and pack all orders
- Label and ship all orders
- Receive/count inbound shipments
- Count Inventory
- Stock shelves
- Clean Warehouse
- Manage inventory levels
- Manage warehouse supplies
Requirements
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Fully utilizing the systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential
- Able to lift over 50 lbs
- Assist other departments as needed
- Good decision making abilities
- All employees must be able to relate well to customers and co-workers in an atmosphere of mutual respect
