Job Title: Workforce Development Training academy

Work Location: Springfield, MA

Job Summary:

This training academy will provide exposure to various areas of community based mental health including In-home therapy, In-home Behavioral Support and Intensive Care Coordination outpatient services with a with a primary focus on Therapeutic Mentoring and Family Partner Support. The position requires a strong desire to assist individuals and families in need, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Join the mental health field as a Therapeutic Mentor or Family Partner
  • Work with caregiver(s) and youth in their homes and community
  • Navigate and document in an electronic medical record
  • Access and track insurance authorizations
  • Work with a network of treatment providers
  • To perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director and/or Program Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age +
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver’s License required
  • Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
