Business Development Manager

You will have the responsibility of representing Qualified Staffing to the world. As a result, the BDM we are seeking should have a previous staffing background, 4+ years of sales, or related work experience. You will also have a natural ability to lead a work team to develop a sales plan to generate new business, provide operational execution, and identify networking activities to keep a sales pipeline filled. And Lastly, strong analytical skills will be critical in evaluating client needs and delivery of customized solutions all while demonstrate the company’s core values, operating principles and service differentiators.
