Capital CFO+, a woman-owned business providing outsourced business management services, seeks an enthusiastic and motivated administrative specialist to join our team. The Administrative Specialist works with a roster of clients performing office/clerical and administrative functions. The position is home office based, with on-site work at client locations required. This is not a 100% remote position, you will be required to work on-site at client locations.

Duties


+Work with a roster of clients in an administrative capacity including:
+Filing, both electronic and hard copy
+Phone communication, internal and customer/client facing
+Scheduling and calendar management
+Payroll management and processing
+Nonbookkeeping tasks related to banking, deposits,
+Respond to voicemails and incoming inquiries from prospective clients
+Manage sensitive conversations and information from prospective clients in a confidential and +respectful manner
+Enter information into industry-specific software
+Manage all electronic forms and records
+Written correspondence

Requirements


+Experience in a customer/client-facing role
+Payroll experience preferred
+Calm demeanor, patience
+Ability to maintain confidentiality
+Facility with working on multiple technology platforms
+Computer, phone and reliable Internet connection
