Position Summary:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist leader who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best treatment experience around and someone who is ready to help grow our organization and the field of physical therapy.

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
  • Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client
  • Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
  • Manage schedule and payroll
  • Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
  • Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
  • Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
  • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • One year of experience in clinical operations/leadership, preferred.
