About the Role:

As a System Analyst I, you will be at the center of our technology transformation efforts. You'll act as a liaison, bridging the gap between the business unit and IT, ensuring our systems meet our high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.


What you'll do:

Platform Specialist: Lead the charge in configuring, managing and supporting our key business platforms to meet and exceed our objectives.

Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our third-party providers to identify and address defects, guide enhancements, and ensure our software services are top-notch.

Analyze & Improve: Investigate user requirements, business processes, and regulatory changes to optimize and automate our workflow.

Facilitate Success: Manage business acceptance tests, developing release plans, and documenting modifications to ensure system performance.

Embracing Opportunities: Adapt to change and manage evolving responsibilities.


What We're Looking For:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but a passion for technology and problem-solving is a must

Experience: 2-4 years of experience working within a financial institution managing lending processes, new account opening, or digital banking platforms (e.g. MeridianLink, Encompass, Q2, etc.).

Skills: Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
