Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Post Approval Coordinator to join our Fortune 100 Client. In this critical role, you will ensure that all necessary documents and forms are completed and processed so that our client's insurance policies can be placed in force. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and review completed documents and forms required for placing insurance policies in force
  • Communicate effectively via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal customers to understand and address their requests.
  • Explain processes and procedures clearly to ensure all parties understand requirements and expectations.
  • Review submitted documents to ensure they are in good order, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare documents for electronic signatures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide timely responses to status inquiries and other related questions.
  • Use available resources to assess requests and determine the appropriate course of action or potential solutions.


Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm CST
  • In-office: Monday through Wednesday
  • Remote: Thursday and Friday


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, communication is typically via email (Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and procedures is a plus.
  • Case management experience a plus
