  • Lead Snyk's global Solutions Engineering community of practice through influence, relationship and on-going mentorship of individual solution engineers
  • Capture, distill and prioritize field feedback and share with the Product team
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering on upcoming capabilities
  • Build influential productive relationships with engineering, product and product marketing teams to address gaps, double-down on strengths and steer product direction
  • Work closely with the Enablement team to ensure all new capabilities and limitations are captured & communicated with the Solution Engineering team and beyond
  • Create innovative content on product positioning, differentiators and best practices for Snykers, business partners and customers

  • Work on thought leadership content, external marketing, blogs, whitepapers to help build pipeline for Snyk solutions

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years experience in a role with a customer-facing element
  • Hands-on experience reviewing or fixing application, container or infrastructure as code vulnerabilities (ideally all three)
  • Hands-on experience with either Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) or vulnerability management tools
  • Built technical working relationships with with heads of AppSec
  • Familiar with compliance standards, such as PCI, SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, Basel, etc

  • Experience speaking and engaging large audiences (30+ attendees) both in-person and in a virtual setting
  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong written and spoken English
  • Love to teach and coaching is a habit
  • Understand people and what makes them tick, care about diversity and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life
  • Create alignment, rally resources and delight stakeholders

We'd be Lucky if You:

  • Track record of delivering compelling presentations to both internal and external executives
