Responsible for the Technical Life Care Medical Co operations candidate must ensure that requests are addressed in timely and efficient manner.  Must have a positive attitude and strive to provide excellent support for customers and technicians. Will be responsible for:


  • Answering phone calls, emails and service requests
  • Scheduling technicians for Monthly PMs and daily service requests
  • Generating repair quotes and sending to customer
  • Indexing invoices and work orders into GlobalSearch
  • Managing and printing control tags
  • AIMS (CMMS) updating
  • Equipment Repair Log entry and follow up


Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 1-year office experience preferred with a strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
