Position Description

As an HVAC Purchasing Manager at ECS, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include purchasing machinery, equipment, tools, parts, and services essential for our operations, all while adhering to our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify purchase requisitions, ensuring clarity and recommending alternatives when necessary.

- Prepare and forward purchase orders, while monitoring and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery.

- Verify receipt of items, resolve any discrepancies, and authorize payment accordingly.

- Assess supplier profiles, analyze offers, and manage relationships to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience

- Advanced computer skills and excellent communication abilities
