Junior Client Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior Client Coordinator to help support customer acquisition and expansion, focusing on both business expansion as well as managing, leading and working effectively with the delivery team. The Client Coordination team will work in a fast-paced environment alongside the Director of Business Development to initiate a plan of management and farming. You must possess persistence, adherence to processes, a high level of organization, and a desire to grow professionally in your career.

This role involves a large amount of phone time and outbound emails, as well as client visits, our Account Managers find it personally and financially rewarding.

Expectations

  • Market the company’s services to clients in an effort to expand on new or inactive business
  • be comfortable with methods such as cold-calling, calling existing and previous clients, attending networking groups and/or trade associations
  • Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients in an effort to earn repeat business
  • Minimum 3 years in business-to-business, sales, marketing, and/or account management
  • Have a laser focus on your industry of choice: Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing, Software, Technology, Telecom & Chemicals

  • Superior interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Desire to work in a “sales” driven organization with unlimited earning potential based on production
  • Ability to multi-task and show initiative on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong planning, time management, organizational skills, creative problem solving, and team player
