Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to join our team. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Submit invoices to customers in coordination with the warehouse production schedule
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Follow up with customers who are late paying invoices
    • ​​​​Communicate payment instructions for domestic and international customers
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Send necessary paperwork to customers for electronic signature and ensure it is properly signed.
  • Schedule delivery appointments when required.
    • Coordinate delivery with warehouse manager/admin to ensure receiving availability
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
