Key Responsibilities:
- Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including 1040s and 1120s.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks for high networth clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
- Journal Entries: Prepare and input journal entries into the accounting system.
- Software Utilization: Utilize QuickBooks and ProSeries software for various accounting and tax preparation tasks. Training will be provided.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports and statements as required.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Support Senior Accountants: Provide support to senior accountants with various accounting tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
