Join the Diamond Team and you will be measured on your ability to service appliances, not by your selling ability We focus on taking care of the customer and getting their appliance fixed. We dont sell service contracts and we dont push accessories on a customer

Job Duties:
Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers
Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
Provide exceptional and timely customer service

Experience required:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Valid drivers license
2 years experience as an in-home service provider
Excellent customer service skills
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Mechanical and electrical knowledge
Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds
**Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
