The role will focus on a wide range of event types, from recruiting events to department offsites, and will report directly to a Corporate Events Senior Manager.What You’ll Do:
  • Supporting events across the team and leading small-scale events from planning to execution
  • Manage event logistics with partners and vendors
  • Support and partner with team members to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and productivity of the team
  • Coordinate and manage communications regarding relevant corporate events
  • Create, manage, and reconcile budgets and process invoices
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, such as Workplace and AV (when needed) to ensure setup and execution of all onsite/offsite events
  • Manage intricate and complex event tasks like large-scale guest lists with travel, etc.
  • Conduct vendor and venue research and help the overall team with sourcing efforts
  • General administrative support and for ad-hoc events
What You’ll Need:
  • Exceptional project management experience and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust and fostering collaboration
  • Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and lead several events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • The desire to consistently enhance and innovate events, bringing new ideas to the table – both strategically and in execution
  • Excellent eye for detail, highly organized and thorough
  • A creative thinker who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • At least 5 years of event experience
Pay Rate Range:
  • $ 45-50/hour on W-2
