Our excellent marketing techniques in addition to our Code of Conduct, Mission and Values, Goals, and Processes assist Element Roofing sales representatives in exceeding expectations. 


We are looking for a hungry, dedicated sales rep with the desire to surpass established goals using our proven systems to succeed in a covid-proof, recession-proof industry.


The Sales Representative position is full-time, commission-based with uncapped earning potential. An eight-week training period is paid until your commissions come in.

Job Description and Responsibilities: 

  • Inspect and document properties for storm damage
  • Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims
  • Walk customers through the insurance process
  • Meet with insurance adjusters
  • Showcase building materials/samples for home repairs
  • Achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Create material and work orders
  • Communicate with the production team and office staff
  • Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance 


Job Qualifications: 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after the training period ends
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to climb a ladder multiple times a day
  • Ability to walk on roofs
  • Ability to use iOS & Windows
  • Eager and willing to learn new systems and methods
  • Reliable transportation
  • Driver’s License (Required)
