Job Summary:
Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for all participants and guests. As a Operations Coordinator Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the entire operations and team including and not limited to: Training, Customer Service, Staffing, Marketing, Facility upkeep, and support for in house programs and scheduling. Manage events/tournaments on weekends as well as weekly rentals and long term commitments. This position will report Directly to the Operations Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and welcome participants/teams/patrons for rentals and classes
- Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your programs and rentals.
- Manage and organize Staff weekly.
- Assist staff through their training throughout the seasons
- Communicate to all patrons
- Build and develop internal programming for youth and adult sports recreation
- Maintenance and upkeep of the facility
- Performs other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
- Prior experience in management, but not required
- BA in Sports Management, but not required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with staff and with customers
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings consistently
Potential for growth.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour + monthly commission
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
