About
Role Name: Bilingual Office Assistant
Role Location: Remote
Compensation: Between $18 to $20 an hour
We are looking for bilingual individuals who have excellent people skills, an ambition to give their all every day, and offer an exceptional customer service to our clients.
You will be working to assist our Customer Experience team in their daily operations. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to assisting our agents with endorsements, taking customer payments, responding to emails and incoming text messages.
We are looking for energetic and driven individuals who are willing to help our team in multiple capacities and provide our clients an exceptional experience.
Having insurance experience is preferred but if you are driven, coachable, and able to think critically in high pressure situations, we would love to have you on our team.

You can expect to:
- Create customer profiles and upload information as needed
- Submit endorsements once proof is received from customers
- Assist with incoming agency emails and text messages
- Take bill payments
- Take service calls as needed
- Be a resource to our Retention Team and serve as a support for other administrative tasks as needed
