Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Service/Scheduler. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. 

Job Requirements

  • Schedule consultations
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage designers appointment calendars
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
