We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield and Toledo areas. Due to our recent reconstruction growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, detailed-oriented, and organized Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager is a key member of the Reconstruction team who is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. In addition, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Project Initiation - Responsible for the evaluation and selling of projects for both residential and commercial clients.

2. Project Planning - Identify and document the project scope of work, reviewing of estimates, communication with clients and review of
budgets

3. Project Execution - create project schedule and timelines, identification and qualification of subcontractors, negotiation of term, and
project review

4. Management of Staff - performance reviews, training and mentoring, and leading of team meetings

5. Customer Satisfaction - provided world class customer service through regular communication and follow through. Includes the
management of all warranty activities

Requirements:


  • Understanding of the construction industry and processes a plus
  • Xactimate and general insurance industry experience preferred
  • Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
