A Day in the Life of a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator
  • Maintain and improve building features through making repairs to buildings using knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and electricity using a variety of tools in a safe manner
  • Build, install, and maintain new and existing building features
  • Ensures safe environment for patients, visitors and staff through periodic patrol of buildings, grounds, and general facility
  • Provide maintenance and janitorial services and supplies to local satellite offices
  • Perform weather related clean up of facility grounds and local satellite offices
Requirements of the Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator
  • Ability to regularly sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time; reach, bend and lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50lbs
  • Previous experience with the frequent use of plant equipment including full operating and maintenance of power tools
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
