REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALITY MANAGER/PRECISION METAL COMPONENTSTo excel as a Quality Manager at Barron Industries Inc, you must possess exceptional leadership skills to guide teams in achieving quality objectives. Effective written and verbal communication is essential for collaborating across departments. Your deep understanding of quality standards and control tools will be vital, along with experience in data analysis and statistical methods. Other required skills and qualifications are:
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
- Six Sigma Training preferred
- Lean manufacturing preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role under an ISO9001 or preferably AS9100 system
- Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing
- Experience with corrective action programs, Root Cause analysis, FMEA, PPAP, FAI
