Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Quality Engineer to contribute to our mission of delivering superior products. This pivotal role is essential for upholding our reputation for quality and excellence. As a Quality Engineer, you will evaluate our manufacturing processes and products to ensure compliance with established quality standards while implementing necessary enhancements. You will be instrumental in fostering our commitment to quality, collaborating with various teams to guarantee our products exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute quality control strategies to improve product quality.
2. Monitor quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
3. Conduct regular audits in alignment with ISO 9001 standards and prepare detailed audit reports.
4. Work alongside product development teams to define quality requirements from design to delivery.
5. Create thorough documentation for quality concerns and functional specifications to ensure adherence to quality standards.
6. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects and enhance manufacturing processes.
7. Facilitate training sessions to promote understanding of quality standards and procedures within the organization.
8. Participate in cross-functional teams to identify effective corrective and preventive measures to enhance process quality.
9. Oversee the establishment and implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of products.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering capacity within the manufacturing sector.
3. Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and experience in conducting quality audits.
4. Proven track record in product development and engineering.
5. Proficient technical skills, including expertise in statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
8. High attention to detail and a dedication to achieving superior quality standards.
9. Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with quality management systems software.
