HCT seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to serve as the Interim Consultant of HR Operations for a 350+ bed hospital in California. The main focus of this position will be to identify and lead process and performance improvements relating to the upcoming implementation of Kronos / UKG.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or Human Resources Management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in human resources within a healthcare setting. Must be efficient in HR Operations, experienced with process improvements, and have experience working in the state of California.
- Kronos / UKG experience is strongly preferred.
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
