Description of the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Toyota Sales Manager to join our team at Envision Motors of Milpitas. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales department and leading a team of sales professionals. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and achieve revenue targets, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the sales department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Set sales targets and help the team meet or exceed them
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with new Toyota vehicles and features to effectively communicate their benefits to customers

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Toyota Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles and features
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license

Job Summary:


Envision TOYOTA of Milpitas is currently seeking an Experienced SALES Manager to join our team in Milpitas, California.

The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the buying,  sales and operations of our used car department, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the sales and operations of the used car department, including setting sales goals, developing strategies, and monitoring inventory levels.
2. Train and coach a team of sales associates in order to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
4. Ensure all vehicles are properly inspected, reconditioned, and priced according to market trends.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor and analyze sales data and financial reports to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
7. Stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Maintain a strong relationship with customers by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
9. Oversee the appraisal and acquisition of used car inventory.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a used car manager in the auto industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability.
3. Experience in leading and developing a team.
4. Strong knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
