Right now, we are looking for a Full-time New Accounts Representative in our Main Office in Middlebury, Indiana. Along with being a New Accounts Representative most of the time, there may be times when customer volumes dictate the need for you to run a teller window. This position in our Middlebury Office does qualify for the high-volume teller premium due to teller transactions performed.


Here are things that you would do during your work day:


  • Provide friendly, caring customer service while working with our customers
  • Utilize technology to help you and our customers
  • Develop an understanding of our Bank's products and services
  • Follow instructions and procedures set out by the Bank
  • Count money accurately



And here are some skills that you will need:


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A friendly personality, positive attitude and professional image
  • The ability to communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds and age groups
  • Proven customer service skills (preferably in the financial institution industry)
  • The ability to utilize computers comfortably
  • The ability to successfully complete our in-house training program
  • Reliable transportation
  • A good attendance record at previous employment
  • A willingness and ability to adjust to a change in work schedule with adequate notice



If you have previous banking experience GREAT


If you can speak Spanish WONDERFUL



The position offers good working conditions and environment. You must be able to lift and move coin bags weighing up to 25 pounds. You may be sitting or standing for long periods of time during your day.
