As an Account Executive for FOX23, you will work closely with our clients as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique business goals and partner to help achieve them. In this role, you will collaborate with local sales managers to evangelize solutions that will help customers reach their target audiences.

Responsibilities:

· As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for the sales of on-air inventory and websites, major event sponsorships, and digital assets offered

· Identify and connect with qualified prospects to maintain a full pipeline

· This position requires an energetic, highly- motivated, and committed team player who will maximize and develop profitable new opportunities for both the advertiser and FOX23

· You will focus on uncovering customers’ marketing challenges and developing solutions that will help meet goals and deliver results. Discuss expectations and measurement with prospects and clients to ensure the proposed solution will deliver ROI. Lead with insights and engage prospects in business conversations

· Ideal candidate should have the ability to build influential relationships and generate new business opportunities consistently. Consult clients on all FOX23 solutions, offerings and demonstrate a deep understanding of product capabilities, measurement, attribution and KPIs

· Present best solutions based on desired business results

· Create proposals to be presented to sales leaders as well as existing and potential clients

· Accountable for learning and selling integrated advertising solutions utilizing our full suite of broadcast TV, streaming video, and digital products

· Responsible to meet and exceed all sales goals as they are outlined by the LSM

· Increase revenue through a balance of new business development and up-selling of current clients

· Manage time well and be able to handle complex work

· Maintain consistent self-motivation

· Maintain a high attention to detail

· Manage, organize, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proven track record of digital and TV sales success in local media setting or other sales experience
• BA/BS degree with a minimum of three years of media sales, account management or buying experience preferred. If you have other work experience and the passion to be part of our team, your application is welcome.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Minimum of 2 years of new business development and prospecting experience required
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
• Hard-working, high integrity, relationship-builder with a winning attitude
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Work with brand teams, ad operations, and finance to provide client satisfaction
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required
• Relationship building skills are key and candidate must have a winning, positive attitude
